We are open 7 days per week. See you soon!

Our standard booking times are Monday to Saturday from 9:30am to 6pm (last booking starts at 5pm) and on Sunday from 10am to 5pm (last booking starts at 4pm). If you need a booking outside of these times then please call us, or check available times in the booking system below.

2022 Price Increase

At McLaren Vale Retreat we have held our prices since we opened three years ago. When we re-open on 3 January 2022, there will be modest increase in price so that we can continue to provide the highest quality spa services to our customers.

Having problems booking?:
Online bookings are not available less than one hour before a preferred appointment time. Please call instead. Also, if you find your selected service is not available on your preferred day, click “Back” and try another service that may also suit you, or try a different staff member if you selected one. Not all services are available on all days. Hope to see you soon…

Please Note: In order to secure your booking with us you are required to pay a deposit payment. The deposit will be deducted from your onsite payment. Please make sure you understand the Cancelation, “No Show” and Rescheduling Policy provided below.

Deposit Fees:

Individual bookings shorter for 30 minutes = No deposit

Individual bookings shorter than 90 minutes = $25.00

Individual bookings 90 minutes or longer and couples bookings = $50.00

You may choose to pay the full amount when booking if that suits you.

You will be able to enter your credit or debit card details right in the Booking Wizard to pay your deposit.

Cancellation, "No Show" and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes your plans can change, however, due to an increased number of last minute cancellations and requests to reschedule, we are now taking a deposit for appointment bookings. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, we require 24 hours notice so that we can allocate the time to someone else.

Cancelations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the time of the appointment will result in forfeit of the deposit.

If you cancel or reschedule your booking with more than 24 hours notice we will refund your deposit.

If, for some reason, we need to cancel your booking at any time for our business reasons and it was not at your request, we will refund your deposit.


If you have made your booking using a Gift Certificate, we will deduct any fees payable from the value of the Gift Certificate.
