All gift vouchers already sold may be used as normal in accordance with their sale conditions.
NOTE: Gift Vouchers are not refundable in whole or in part for cash. Any request for re-issue of a Gift Voucher (eg in a different name) requires payment of a $5.00 Administration Fee. We are not responsible for lost Gift Vouchers and require proof of purchase prior to re-issue.
Gift vouchers, whether bought online on in store, are subject to the SA Government laws that govern gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers provided as part of a special promotion may have a shorter validity period otherwise they are valid for 3 years.
Our cancellation, “no show” and rescheduling policies apply to all Gift Vouchers (see the details on our Booking page).
McLaren Vale Retreat provides therapeutic massage services only. Any inappropriate customer requests are treated as harassment and will result in a massage being terminated immediately with no refund and the customer being reported for harassment. We respect and honour our staff and expect all customers to do the same.
