When you need the perfect gift for someone special, our Gift Vouchers let them choose the perfect treatment. You can choose your amount and they do not expire.
NOTE: Gift Vouchers are not refundable in whole or in part for cash. Any request for re-issue of a Gift Voucher (eg in a different name) requires payment of a $5.00 Administration Fee. We are not responsible for lost Gift Vouchers and require proof of purchase prior to re-issue.
Our cancellation, “no show” and rescheduling policies apply to Gift Vouchers also (see below).
We understand that sometimes your plans can change, however, due to an increased number of last minute cancellations and requests to reschedule, we are now taking a deposit for appointment bookings. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, we require 24 hours notice so that we can allocate the time to someone else.
Cancelations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the time of the appointment will result in forfeit of the deposit.
If you cancel or reschedule your booking with more than 24 hours notice we will refund your deposit.
If, for some reason, we need to cancel your booking at any time for our business reasons and it was not at your request, we will refund your deposit.
NO-CALL-NO-SHOW – WE WILL CHARGE 100% FEE OF SERVICE.
TWO NO-CALL-NO-SHOWS, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK FURTHER SESSIONS
If you have made your booking using a Gift Certificate, we will deduct any fees payable from the value of the Gift Certificate.

McLaren Vale Retreat provides therapeutic massage services only. Any inappropriate customer requests are treated as harassment and will result in a massage being terminated immediately with no refund and the customer being reported for harassment. We respect and honour our staff and expect all customers to do the same.
