NOTE: Gift Vouchers are not refundable in whole or in part for cash. Any request for re-issue of a Gift Voucher (eg in a different name) requires payment of a $5.00 Administration Fee. We are not responsible for lost Gift Vouchers and require proof of purchase prior to re-issue.
Gift vouchers, whether bought online on in store, are subject to the SA Government laws that govern gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers provided as part of a special promotion may have a shorter validity period otherwise they are valid for 3 years.
